Returns & Refunds for Shipped Orders
Order Delays
If your order lacks tracking information, is marked as in transit, pending, or expired for more than 45 days from the original shipping date, you are eligible for a refund or a return atΒ Vottorie's expense.

Returns & Refunds for Delivered Orders
If the tracking information for your order indicates that it has been delivered, returns or refunds will not be processed unless you provide additional evidence.
Non-Delivery Certification:
If you did not receive your package despite the tracking information stating it was delivered, you must submit a non-delivery certification from your local post office. This document is required to initiate any return or refund process.

Approval of refunds or replacements is contingent on our review of this evidence.
Important Note: In most cases, customers are not required to return the damaged product to receive a return or refund.
