We understand the frustration of receiving damaged items. Here is how we address such cases:

Eligibility: A full refund or return is available for items that arrive damaged, provided the claim is made within 30 days of delivery.
Evidence Required: To validate your claim, you must submit clear photo or video evidence of the damage to contact@vottorie.com or via our live chat. As well as your order details, tracking and order number, and all the extra information you can provide, don't limit yourself. Approval of refunds or replacements is contingent on our review of this evidence.

Important Note: In most cases, customers are not required to return the damaged product to receive a return or refund.
